Arrived at 3 pm. Had to wait 30 minutes for the shift change. A little excessive but no big deal. But then it took another 3.5 hours for a basic oil change. Just ridiculous. I only stopped here because there was no wait time. Now I know why.

This shop is horrible. It is 7:30 am and they are still closed. So someone finally shows up around 7:40 just to find out that they can't do a dot inspection until 11am when the certified mechanic comes in. They also park their service truck out front where it makes it nearly impossible to back in to some of the parking spaces
