I think the process of permit renewal should be more simplified. Having to go to 3 different places and spend 4 hours to renew a permit is a great deal of time. I would suggest that this be done all at once at the Revenue Department, or make it a 2 or 4 year permit. I will say the people at Fleet Services were very nice.

The woman who answers the phone is the absolute worst. She hung up 3 times without talking to me .. to avoid doing her job. Then put me on hold only to pick up and hing up twice. GIVE HER JOB TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS IT!
