Very unfriendly lady behind the desk. You need everything but your ssn to get a tire patch. Then proceeds to tell me to drop my trailer in a parking spot for a truck tire repair. Have yall ever tried finding a parking spot at 9:30 at night? No thanks, I'll air it up and find somewhere else to spend my money.

Very slow and unprofessional service. Their system is completely disorganized, and it feels like no one wants to work. The staff moves slowly. It's frustrating to deal with people who clearly don't care about quality or respect for customers' time. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
