20 minutes late on starting my daughters oil change, took 60 minutes once they got started, 5 people with only our car to work on so they stood around talking the whole time, one guy was more interested in hanging out with his partner in the parking lot when she brought him a iced coffee...complete waste of time and a Saturday Afternoon
