After a series of unfortunate events, I went to Meridian Automotive with a battery warranty issue. General Manager Jeff Parker went out of his way, making a call that ensured I could utilize my battery warranty. Outstanding service! Highly recommend this shop. Thanks, Jeff!

To be honest, I hate taking my truck in for any service. However, I was assigned to Jared as my service advisor. He was prompt, honest, quick to respond to text and calls, followed up accordingly and was reassuring and HONEST...which is hard to come by. I would recommend these guys!
