Had our motorhome towed there with transmission problems. July 4th weekend, they looked at it first thing Tuesday morning, had it diagnosed and repaired by Tuesday afternoon. Was a loose connection between battery box and transmission computer (TCU). We really appreciate the fast service as this is our full time home.

Went in on a Friday early afternoon, no one at counter, spoke with a bald man about what was wrong with my truck. He looked at me like I had two heads with three eyes each and said ok. Truck was never touched.
