After scheduling an apt at a different garage only to be told that their online system doesn't connect to the store?!... I called CTI. They got me in the same day, were very lovely people, and had my car inspected in no time!! On top of that, they didn't even charge me as a first time customer! It's a lovely place, highly recommend!
