We are not regular customers, they could have made me wait till Monday, they are closed on the weekend, I came in for a DOT inspection, found a wheel seal leaking, KW didn't have the parts, at 3:00 parts came in but they close at 5:00pm, a technician volunteered to stay over to complete the job and did a great job thanks.
