I've called 3-4 times over 3 weeks to ask for a basic service. If I would of know there service was this bad I would of stayed with my case 621b loader. I got a good deal on this Komatsu but when you can't get it fixed or serviced who cares on the deal. They take my info and never call back they just keep saying oooh sorry.
