The fuel island is filthy. The manager must not ever come outside. Pumps dirty. Oil everywhere. Have to go inside to activate some pumps. Very popular location. Stays busy. Inside nothing like outside. Someone is going to hurt themselves

Do NOT plan to come in and get a drink to go of you expect to have a lid on it!! We filled 2 cups with drinks and tried to put lids on them. They didn't fit, so ...

The laundry facilities where dirty. The bathrooms where the same. The store area was clean. My shower was clean. Customer service was good. A little cleaning and new washer and dyers would be nice.
