Casey worked on my EGO lawnmower that was still under warranty. It took him no time to figure out the mower's problem. He had it fixed within 40 minutes and explained to me how the mower works if the issue happens again. He even sharpened the blade on it at no additional cost! He's very knowledgable and a super nice guy!
