Chuck was HEAVEN SENT! The Toyota dealership was going to have me do unnecessary work to the car and for an outrageous price. Chuck was open and honest about every issue and charged a tiny fraction of the cost that Toyota was going to AND did MORE WORK! I will never take my car to another shop.
