We've had them out to fix our 7.5 ton overhead crane many times over the past 2 years. They keep telling us they can fix it, and charge us for their time and materials, but their fixes have repeatedly failed, often within days of their repair, over two years.

The worst customer service in the history of the overhead crane industry. After being passed through 4 different people for a week with no return phone call to a promised quote from a Adam Z., after 6 weeks of trying to get a quote for parts on one of their cranes we gave up and engineered it ourselves. What a joke of a company.
