How Often Should You Change Oil in a Diesel Engine?

OEM intervals — not a flat mileage number — are the real authority here. Ford, Cummins and GM all publish specific intervals, and most late-model trucks use an oil-life monitor that adjusts based on how the truck is actually driven.
